We process public Instagram profile data. This data can include usernames, profile pictures, follower counts, following counts, and public relationships.

When you sign in, we process your email address, account identifier, display name, and profile details.

We store scan details needed to operate the service. We store hashed security identifiers to enforce scan limits.

We use information to provide account checks, manage accounts, protect the service, and diagnose failures.

We do not request or store your Instagram password. We do not access private Instagram accounts.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, security, analytics, email, payments, and public data access.

We use product analytics and error tracking to understand how people use the service and to fix problems. Analytics can include your account identifier and email after you sign in. To improve the product, we record how pages are used, including the text on them, such as usernames in your reports. We never record passwords.

These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

We use session cookies after sign-in. These cookies keep your account signed in.

We store your approximate country in a cookie to show prices in your local currency. We find the country from your IP address.

Our analytics tools use cookies and similar storage to measure visits and product use.

We store account and service data while UnfollowerTrack operates. Public Instagram data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

You can ask us to delete your account and its data. Send the request to the contact email below.

We use reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Paddle processes payments as our merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details, billing country, and tax information. We do not receive or store your card details.

We receive your subscription status from Paddle so that we can give you Premium access.

UnfollowerTrack is independent. Instagram and Meta do not endorse or operate this service.

We send emails about your account and your reports. If you sign in and don't start Premium, we may send you a few emails about your report and Premium. With Premium, we email you when someone unfollows the account you track. Each of these emails has a link to stop them, and stopping them never stops sign-in codes or receipts.
